My father had bypass surgery at 48 and passed away far too young. At 45, my heart biomarkers were off the charts and I was on several medications — on the same trajectory as my father. That's when I decided to do something about it. Most men over 40 manage decline with a pillbox. M.E.D.S flips that into four daily levers that build the habits your mind and body actually need.

My Story
I got into the best shape of my life in my mid-40s — and have maintained it past 50 with simple habit and lifestyle changes. Between May and October 2020 I lost 42 pounds in 6 months. I made money along the way through reward-based weight-loss and steps challenges, and raised money for charitable causes.
In April 2020 I committed to running a marathon across 7 continents, the 9 World Marathon Majors, and becoming a Hyrox Pro athlete. The last 8 years have been an amazing journey — and I'll share the exact blueprint that got me here.
The blueprint is a trackable, reward-based system — build healthy habits, measure them, and get rewarded for them. The same approach that paid me back while transforming my health, wealth and relationships.

Ran a marathon in Antarctica — continent #5.
Qualified for the Spartan North American Championship and Spartan World Championship.
Competed in several Hyrox and Spartan DEKA events.
