Privacy & Cookie Notice

FitKa$h (“we”) provides preventive-health education and coaching for South Asian men over 40. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

  • Details you give us. If you submit the Blueprint form, we collect the first name, email address, and optional health goal you provide.
  • Usage data (analytics). With your consent, we collect basic, aggregated information about how the site is used — pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate (city-level) location.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics and its cookies (such as _ga and _ga_…) load only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser.

How we use your information

  • To deliver the FitKa$h Blueprint and follow up about coaching, if you asked us to.
  • To understand and improve the website and its content.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics, loaded only with consent. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts — the site loads fonts from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of serving them.
  • GitHub Pages — hosting; standard server logs may be processed by the host.

Data retention

Contact details you submit are kept only as long as needed to respond to you or provide coaching, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California’s privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
